The Purchaser should be aware of the Following

Land Survey Fees- EC$500.00 to EC$1000.00 for Residential Lots (Survey fees will decrease as the portions of land increases)

Legal fees (Title Deeds) 1% to 2% of the Purchase Price plus 15% Vat on these fees.

Stamp Duty- 1% of Purchase price

Alien land Holding Licence 10% of Purchase price

The Vendor should be aware of the Following

Should have Legal Title Deeds to property

In all property sales transactions $20,000.00 is exempted from Taxation

Property Transfer Tax-5%. of the Sale price for Grenadian and OECS Nationals. 15% for Non nationals

Legal fees (depending on Sales agreement) would not exceed 1%.
